At Syd Leigh Studio, we value the energy and commitment that goes into our creative work and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking, as it outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
No Refunds
All purchases made through our website (www.sydleighstudio.com) are final sale. Due to the nature of our services and digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund, regardless of your circumstances.
Cancellations
Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a booked service, the request must be made prior to the payment or first installment being processed. Once payment has been made, your booking is confirmed and no refunds or cancellations will be granted.
Digital Products: All digital items (templates, guides, downloads, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered.
Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan through Squarespace, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments in full. Early termination of services does not cancel your payment obligations.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider exceptions in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., technical errors resulting in duplicate payments). Any such requests must be submitted in writing to hello@sydleighstudio.com within 7 days of the transaction.
